Organizational Climate Assessment
Even the highest functioning organizations have room to improve. An organizational climate assessment can provide valuable insights about how employees are experiencing their work life. We custom design thoughtful and engaging interview protocols and surveys that explore all aspects of an organization's "culture" in order to help leaders identify what's working well and what might be contributing to poor performance, turnover, low morale, conflict, etc. We can provide a variety of interventions and solutions to help create and sustain an optimal work climate.

Training
TRC trainers and facilitators are recognized worldwide for their custom-designed training programs. As professional mediators and thought leaders in the ADR field, we are uniquely qualified to help individuals and organizations to build "conflict competency."
We have provided mediation, negotiation, and dispute resolution training programs for corporations, governmental agencies, legislators, legal professionals, judiciaries, NGOs and community groups. We pride ourselves on our entertaining presentation style, participatory format and frequent use of demonstration and role-play exercises to reinforce learning.
TRC custom designs training our programs to suit the individual needs and unique culture of each organization we work with. While most of our training programs are provided “in-house” for employees of the sponsoring organization, we also occasionally offer “open enrollment” programs that are open to the public. TRC also offers professional and continuing education programs on a full range of conflict resolution topics and advanced programs for mid-career professionals and executives.
